This was our first Bite Of Las Vegas Event and it was so much fun! We'd hear about it every year on the radio but we were always to busy doing stuff that needed to get done. Last year's Bite Of Las Vegas Event we really wanted to go so bad and we ended up missing it. When Mix 94.1 started talking about this years Bite Of Las Vegas we decided that we will not miss this years big event. We made plans with Boona that we'd all go together since this will be her first time too. As you can see from this flyer I copied from the Mix 94.1 website all the cool bands and artists that performed that day. All these businesses were there with their delicious food and it was so cheap. We each brought a can of food to donate and so that we could only pay 7 bucks to get in. We finally made it to the park around 1pm. The first thing we did was buy Greek French Fries from Paymon's Mediterranean booth. The 3 of were so hungry that we bought 2 orders of the Greek French Fries for 4 bucks and they gave us so much that we could not even finish it. Boona bought an order of hummus & pita bread. The hummus was mildly spicy but good. We would of brought our own water but they didn't let you bring anything into the park that was in a bottle. None of us wanted soda so we bought 2 huge bottles of water. There was this huge tent set up with lots of chairs & tables which were already filled up. We did not know where to sit so I saw these chairs at this International Culinary Institute booth and decided that we should just sit so we can eat. It was a pretty hot day! Our backs were to the sun with just a little shade over our heads. After we ate we decided to walk around and check out the booths to see the different things they were giving out or selling.
